    The first eight cadets of the Caribbean Delegation are named

    Publication opened this morning. Eight Mas Camps have named their cadets, and portraits, checked spellings and the one page release are available now. Each name was cleared by that camp's Territory Ambassador before publication.

    Eight Mas Camps Name The First Cadets Of The Caribbean Delegation

    Kaitlyn Shristi Sahatoo of Trinidad and Tobago, Alia Reid of Jamaica, Cheyenne Soleyn of Barbados, Nareeta Nandkumar of Guyana, Elliya Young of Grenada, Leilani Humphreys of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Izadorah Lapierre of Haiti and Annette Vasquez of the Dominican Republic will travel with the Caribbean Delegation to New Delhi for the mission window of 23 to 31 August 2026.

    Caribbean Takes Wave 5 Of The Irie Moon Convergence For International Moon Day

    The Caribbean and South America hold the fifth of six waves in a moonrise watch party that follows the full moon around the world. Caribbean Space Society joins the live broadcast at 6pm Eastern, alongside cadets and Territory Ambassadors.

    Thirteen Caribbean Mas Camps Form The Region's Delegation To Mission ShakthiSAT

    Mission ShakthiSAT is a global student satellite mission across 108 countries, led by Space Kidz India under Mission Director Dr Srimathy Kesan. The Caribbean is one of those 108, organised as thirteen Mas Camps that each name cadets, appoint a Territory Ambassador and raise into one pooled fund.

    Cosmic Carnival Opens The Caribbean Delegation Fund To The Public

    Giving is organised by Mas Camp rather than by individual, with one pooled fund behind the whole delegation and a public road march board showing how each camp is doing. The more the camps raise, the more of the delegation travels.

    Media Partner Programme Opens To Caribbean And Diaspora Outlets

    Regional broadcasters, newspapers and digital houses can join as official media partners, with access to the asset pack, advance notice ahead of each announcement and a place on the partners page.

    Please avoid

    Seat counts or headcount goals. The size of the travelling group is an outcome of what the camps raise, never a target.
    Per girl fundraising totals or anything framed as funding one girl's trip.
    Calling the August trip a launch. August is assembly and integration in New Delhi. The launch is in October.
    Saying the Caribbean owns the satellite. The region is one of 108 nations on a global mission.
